    Hi@95chat. That's OK for not replying soon. You are so right. The community is notthe same anymore. And as you mentioned new players will be joining all the time.so, they are not losing any members.

    Unfortunately I cannot agree with you. I have the PC with Windows 10.
    Everything was going well before and suddenly it wasn't anymore. In
    principle, I could uninstall all the gaming apps on the PC.
    They are originally available on the tablet.
    Here's another picture I just took of Jelly.
    We should reach level 8000 with the new episode, I think.

    I once took this picture of a player.
    The player asked a question and didn't get a correct answer.
    In this comment the CM came and edited the comment. My question: If
    the CM is already processing: Why can't you answer the player correctly
    right away? The player therefore does not receive an answer that
    satisfies him. He just gets frustrated with the edits. Question: Is
    that the purpose of the community?🤷‍♀️
    This could easily be improved.

    I didn't understand. What's the problem?
    The player has posted his email address. The moderator told him that the player should not do this in community threads. This is a normal warning from a moderator. What is wrong with the moderator in this particular case?

    @Spinnifix .I totally agree with. I emailed customer service yesterday regarding BBS and it was an automated reply from both the robot. Kept saying I don't understand your question. So frustrating

    I may have you exceeded you on the emails by a few hundred. I have created a new account just for Candy Crush and I use this to send emails to King. I've gotten to know some of the Customer Care Reps on a first name basis 😂 Most of them can be very helpful while there are others who keep asking for videos and unrealistic screenshots of stuff that you simply cannot produce. This is because it happens too fast for you to get that exact screenshot or because the game simply freezes when you select the claim button. This will require you to close the game and when you restart the event has finished and the claim button no longer available to receive the reward.

    For some reason they will never accept that there is anything wrong with the game server, it is always on the players's end. Depending on the Customer Care Rep I have also found that the responses are very different to the same submission because the same issues keep coming up with the game. I have given up trying to explain my issues with the Top That Event and the missing Gold Bars. After 6+ weeks of waiting for a response now they require more screenshots its too late for that now.     @QueenB We are very diversified to begin with so to start We and keeping " We " in the main line or the " Community as We " there are so many things from so many players or members who want to make it their own place but being serious about it We just can not caters to everyone's expectations and still be a Community just as We live in our own Communities now in life.

    We should expect to give understanding to those who have language barriers and having to learn how to navigate theirselves to learn how to use a Translator and be able to communicate with everyone in the Community and still have fun, play and enjoy themselves enough to keep coming back to the Community day after day to share their experiences in their favorite King Games and also to play our Community Games and share any tips, or give others advice on how to play any certain levels in their King Games to help each other out along with having a lot of fun in the Community.

    The Community itself seems to be too tight and no one seems to be able to voice themselves or have the ability to let their own personal ideas or share anything about themselves with a specific friends or have a place of their own everything seems to locked down, to shut down, and closed up.....sorta like a prison this is not how a Community works, this is more like a children's first day of school we're they are so scared to talk to anyone, as if they can not talk without doing it with just that one or two friend(s) why does everyone have to listen ?

    You need to let the Community have some personal communication between themselves, away of letting them making personal friends even though they might be thousands of miles away from each other atleast they can communicate and share their Game experiences and also learn more about each other and become part of the Community by this you will see the Community grow and a more active Community more players and more members in the Community and the more members the better the atmosphere by this you'll see a healthier Community and more people the better for King Games all the better for everyone in the Community.

    If you don't let people get to know each other you'll never be able to create a healthy relationship between your players and Community member's they need to know who they are amongst each other if you only know a screen name then what's in that ? If you know a friend no matter where they live or how they are different from you as long as you call them your friend you will have that healthy, happy, fun, exciting and friendly Community for everyone to enjoy together.

    @Colleen12 . I totally understand your views. I get the same response from the rap 's as well. Asking for screenshot 's ID 's . I liked the previous customer service. Which had closed down now.i don't know why. We don't get anywhere with customer service 's. And now, that Petopia event is on. My game had started freezing. When I asked previously regarding this. They said it might be my Internet connection issues. Or, my game needs updating. What a load of bull. It happens all the time the event is on. Once you reach level above 25 that's when the problem starts.
