    Good afternoon, I would like to know what is happening with these two games (candy crash saga and candy crash soda saga) because I needed to format my computer and re-downloaded the games from the Microsoft Store and now when I try to log in to continue on the levels I was always There is an error with the password and I can't log in to continue playing, what should I do?
    The password is correct, I'm sure of that, and having already changed the password, it still doesn't work. Thank you, I await your response or help.

      If you have forgotten your password in the games, you can resetting it by clicking on the โ€˜Forgot?โ€™ next to the password field when you log in your account.

      In case the reset password link doesnโ€™t worked, if you have entered your email incorrectly in your account or because of any other reason are not able to reset your password.

      I've done all of this but it still didn't solve the problem, the annoying thing here is that it only happens on this computer and on the others I can continue playing without any problems, including on a notebook that I have, everything runs fine.
