I started my first survey on this a few months ago. Now I would be interested, had improved in the meantime! Some issues cannot be resolved by the community and players are sent to customer service. I read many times that players did not receive rewards & responses.

Hello @Spinnifix, I don't know exactly. It depends on the game. I had 1 positive and 2 negative experiences.
The technical team could really help me with the positive and I was very satisfied. I also gave that as feedback. It was in Blossom Blast Saga when the game crashed and suddenly my GB were gone. There weren't many, but I got them back.
The not so good were in Farm Heros and Soda Crush. I wanted to know from the technical team why the Play Store announces events that never appear in my game. I got a default response that isn't every event for every player. I already know the phrase from the community. Seriously, I should give feedback. For a standard set. There was a star from me. And my opinion, they should only announce in the store what applies to everyone and not send phrases.

I never got answers nor tickets from different games supports. I received only automatic emails saying I should deal with the community forum instead, basically. Which means if I can solve the problem by myself that's great, if my gold bars go missing I have to just accept the sad fact and move on.
Maybe summer was just a bad period for player support and I'll be more lucky in the future, who knows.
