Thanks for the tag @Diamond Lim & Happy World Bread Day! One of my children's favorite memories is coming home from school on a chilly winter day to the smell of fresh baked bread & homemade beef soup! Seven loaves of fresh baked bread & a Canadian East Coast fav, Toutons, fresh dough formed into pancake type buns which we fry in a cast iron pan & serve for breakfast! Sadly I was diagnosed with Celiac disease several years ago & could no longer make bread. I found a wonderful bakery that makes coconut flour bread & although it is very costly, $12.00 per loaf, it is delish! 🍞🥐🥖
