This is sad news 🙁 although I’m not exactly surprised because I hadn’t played those games in quite a while. Scrubby Dubby was a cute game that I went back to once in a great while, for nostalgia’s sake. I stopped playing Shuffle Cats a couple years ago because I kept losing too much 😄 and I just lost interest in the Pepper Panic mobile game but I still play it once in a while on my PC at the Royalgames website (which is a part of King). I hope they never get rid of Royalgames because I still enjoy that website.

Yeah, I can see that happening. When Bubble Witch Saga's demise was announced, I assumed it was because the browser version ran on Flash instead of HTML5. But these other games don't, so the problem turned out to be something else. I do wonder if they're getting rid of anything that wasn't originally created for mobile - Facebook is no longer accepting new games. King does seem to be changing direction - that Crash Bandicoot endless runner game is not what I'd expect from a developer known for puzzle and casino games.
By the way, why is there no in-game notification about the games' closures? I only found out Scrubby Dubby Saga was closing through email, apparently several days after it was announced here.

i also have the same problem, i can no longer convert gold bars into gems due to shop error.
I emailed King explaining what happened, and after asking me for screenshots of the error and a short video of the steps I was taking, they said they can't fix it.
This thing is really unfair, because whoever bought the bars with real money can no longer use them.
It is a real shame that King has decided not to support Shuffle anymore, which in my opinion of all the games he has made, is the only game different from the others and that he had done well.
The remaining games are almost all similar, colored bubbles to explode, colored blocks to explode, colored candies to explode etc. etc.
I hope that King takes a step back or that in the future he gives us the possibility to continue playing with Shuffle.

What i have found is that if you have lots of gold bars, you can convert them (sort of) by using them for the Hearts and Spades game, at least you can use them up and convert to gems, who knows you might end up with extra gems as i did.
Not ideal, but i am pretty annoyed as well as this is the only game i play (sad but true), so i will be boycotting other King games now...

This is very sad new, but expected I guess. I have been playing Scrubby Dubby Saga (L520) along with Farm Hero's Saga for years. So many years. Pepper Panic Saga used to be my backup game when I ran out of lives on those two main games, but Flash stopped working on it a while ago. (Papa Pear Saga is now my backup game).
Anyway, King, thanks for supporting Scrubby Dubby Saga for as long as you did. It has been a big part of my (timewasting) online experience for a very long time and the game will be missed.
Ok, now I need to go beat level 520. I've been stuck here since summer :/

It’s takes a special kiNd of rotten To not answer email, after email about coins and diamonds bought that your games does even let your players use up. You gladly took my money to purchase them. So what are going to do about the message coming up saying the store isn’t available, I don’t want your store. I want to USE what I paid for . I saw other posts on here about it. This is outright fraud. And you have sent me 4 emails today, even after I screenshot as requested, gave my member information, as asked. I’ve given everything except my credit card number.
I’m waiting for answers!
