In BWS2 al my messages are gone and don’t get new messages!

    So basically it's a software or update glitch, restoring back before the update, to a previous time might work, but probably won't. I am not allowed to suggest solutions any longer.I am sorry I was trying to be helpful.

    My messagebox tells me that I have 50 messages. When I open it “You have no messages”

    I did reset the game. Get it back, it opened at level 1.. I closed it and came back at my level wich I was playing before. No messages. Later on the figure 50 massages came back but opening it....you have no messages. After playing en asking for help, nothing came to it.

    it is very anoying. You can play five times and want until you grot new lives

    My BubbleWitch2 I’ve lost all my lives and my friends, I am no longer on Facebook is that the problem ? Although it played fine for a long time after I deactivated my account.

    what’s happened ? Who do we notify ?

    Hi @Carms21 , on Bubble Witch Saga 2, you cannot play on a PC any longer. It is now only available to play on a mobile device through king. Not playing thru Facebook is not the problem for this game because it there are no further updates with them. 👍 So on your cell, download the game via your app, and sign in with the King log on. Let us know if you need any further help. 😊

    @KimElston I only play on mobile. I played on Facebook years ago, but now use a separate King account. The names I am seeing are from 10 years ago and haven’t been FB friends for just about as long. This is what I am now seeing - 50 messages (accurate), no messages.
