Recently, we have received reports that some players are having issues when trying to send and receive lives from friends in Bubble Witch Saga.
Please rest assured that we are hard at work trying to find the source of this issue. We'll get a fix in place as soon as we are able to and functionality will return to normal.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused. Please be sure to look out for updates to the game and install those updates when they become available.
In addition we are also aware of none Facebook related issues like crashing freezing and messages not appearing all these are complex issues and no fix date can be given.
We know its not the update you wanted to here and we are sorry for this and once again we thank you for your patience

This game is now only available to play on a mobile device thru King. So you cannot use a PC nor sign in with Facebook. There are no further updates available through Facebook for this game. Hope this helps you get back into playing that wonderful game. 😉

Meanwhile I can’t play but 5 lives then wait forever to play again. Love the game but absolutely hate being in this position from no fault of mine. 50 plus lives lost and multiple friends from across the globe lost. Fabulous! Love the game but makes me want to find another game to enjoy that actually works. Fix it quick or you may lose me and possibly hundreds of dissatisfied players

@Spinnifix If you could please read through posts before commenting or check with us first you will see that I have already given the players a recent update explaining to them there is no more we can do right now and there patience is greatly appreciated.
