Still no fix for this issue...I seem to be sending lives but not receiving them anymore..Also does the jackalope tower still exist or any other events because I haven’t seen any of those for awhile either?I just did an update but it did nothing to resolve anything...

Yep, same here, not playing on Facebook, playing on a mobile device but still no messages, it's been several weeks now, like everyone else I used to have 50 plus messages at all times so I could send and receive lives but now all I get are the same four players that I send to and request lives from but still get the same stupid "You don't have any messages" result every time I click on messages. I am about to dump this game even though I am at level 4091!

This is the update we got on 11th November unfortunately we have to wait for the next update

Recently, we have received reports that some players are having issues when trying to send and receive lives from friends in Bubble Witch Saga.
Please rest assured that we are hard at work trying to find the source of this issue. We'll get a fix in place as soon as we are able to and functionality will return to normal.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused. Please be sure to look out for updates to the game and install those updates when they become available.
PLEASE NOTE If you are playing BW2 you need to no longer be using Facebook and you can only play on a mobile device
However we are also aware of none Facebook related issues in candy games and both BW2 and BW3 like crashing freezing and messages not appearing all these are complex issues and no fix date can be given.
We know its not the update you wanted to here and we are sorry for this and once again we thank you for your patience 👍

@PrettyBubbles I am also having the same problem but mine started with they added the BubbleWitch3 gal in it and you have to win to get rewards I don't always get it so I can't remember if you get 5 lives or not,but with this happening we are also losing out on the bingo event because you can't get what they ask for just winning one game so we lose the power ups cause it says we didnt play any squares even though we tried playing. Make Sense? I talk in circles hahaha, I hope to see a reply soon.

After the latest update, I can now see friends and give and receive lives, and my messages are all back. Thanks King and all your administrators for sorting this out. I thought it was never going to happen and was at the point of ditching this and all King games from my device. My faith has been restored (along with my friends). Now to get back to popping bubbles again😻😻😻

I still cannot and have sent my credentials to you guys..I have tried to sync from Facebook to king with no success..I am on level 6 on king and king 2000 something on Facebook..I still play Facebook side as it works without messages( lives) but it has my score ...I play on my iPad 6 and iPhone 11

Please follow the following steps to sync from Facebook to king
To sync your progress with King.com, please complete the following steps:
Go to the King website at King.com
Log in using your existing King profile, or create a new King profile if you don't already have one.
Click on the ‘Settings’ icon
Select ‘Account’
You will be prompted to confirm your password
Select the option ‘Score and progression sync’ and then proceed to enter your Facebook login information
Once complete, your progress will be updated across all King games on King.com
