In BWS2 al my messages are gone and don’t get new messages!

@mimsi13 Mine are gone as well.

EDIT: it’s a display issue.if I turn my iPad to vertical display, they are on the bottom.

I’m fed up with BW2 changing day to day, losing friends, boosters disappearing, can’t ask for live. When are you going to fix it!?

Hi @LeilaPrice and welcome to our Community!

You can create a King account account and sync it with your Facebook. Then you can disconnect Facebook and use the King account instead.

When using a King account, you will always have randomly selected active players in the game.

Check how you create a King account and sync it with Facebook HERE.

When it's done, log out from Facebook in the game and log in to your King account instead.

I wonder How long will it take to fix BW2 . Messages and boosters all are gone. Since november 6 this poblem is listen. Come King fix it. The pleasure to play has sank to zero,😡

Hi this was the latest update I was given to post in the multiple discussion on the 12th November that have been opened regarding on going issues

MOST RECENT UPDATE AS PROMISED

Recently, we have received reports that some players are having issues when trying to send and receive lives from friends in Bubble Witch Saga.

Please rest assured that we are hard at work trying to find the source of this issue. We'll get a fix in place as soon as we are able to and functionality will return to normal.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused. Please be sure to look out for updates to the game and install those updates when they become available.

PLEASE NOTE If you are playing BW2 you need to no longer be using Facebook and you can only play on a mobile device

However we are also aware of none Facebook related issues in both BW2 and BW3 like crashing freezing and messages not appearing all these are complex issues and no fix date can be given.

We know its not the update you wanted to here and we are sorry for this and once again we thank you for your patience 👍
