I finally found one of the original posts i did through bookmarks,even though I had 25 marked it was only show about 5 or 6 and after going in and out of it a few times it eventually showed @Xarly Community:Give us your feedback Yay!!!!!
I did give feedback and @Spinnifix commented with a link attached that led me right here lol
On the very first comment by yourself,you speak of a hard working group discussing what I referred to on @Xarly discussion and if interested we should go to a page you have in new ideas or @Spinnifix Profile.
I have toured around everywhere,including the search bar, for this new idea page and am unable to find any conversations like the one I answered at @Xarly .
I thought @Spinnifix Link would take me there not here and that she'd already invited and added me to the group lol
Upon reading the above subsequent replies it seems everyone is tagging and informing or liking the idea but no actual banter of actual ideas and observations?
I surely must be still doing something wrong here? As I'm really not getting it? Is it a form of in house advertising to increase points and earn posting badges?
I don't want to be dumb,nor dissapointed.
I really did want to be an active, encouraging member of the King family community, making a real difference and provide the company with real feedback also!
I can see quiet clearly that the game experts and superstars seem to be the real heart of the community, participate,encourage, and mentor everyone.
The CM's whilst being very nice people with great personalities appear to leave all the grunt work and interaction to the G/experts and S/stars. Yes they post updates,rules,reminders and close discussions etc, which is great as that fills the job description. However, it seems to take awhile for you guyz to get the help and support you need from them, even tho you're exceptional assistants!
Anything that's supposed to go from them to the Studio also seems to take forever. I'm surprised you aren't burnt out. The Studio don't seem to have much of a presence here? Except for the interviews!
After touring King.com, I was inspired by their mission statement, Richard Zacconi's interview,the culture,Hello World camps and interest in "the player". But in actual fact the community doesn't appear to actually matter much to the Kingsters now that it's been successful with Vanilla in "engaging long term" users. I thought they wanted this to be our "forever home"?
I initially wanted to aim to be like @Elsa but now I find I'd like to know more about the roles of CM's, @Community_Team life and the role Graham Henderson plays as Associate Director of the Player Community.
Do the studio meet with him? Does the studio have a main director to report to who can and will make changes to the community because it's just as high a priority as game development?
I initially thought Yes! Now I'm not so sure?should I be inspiring my little cousin to follow his dream and maybe even apply for a scholarship at King in the future,with his super smart brain and imaginative heart, like @MikeHenry Inspired me to? Not sure now either :0( I'm not feeling that "King Atmosphere of Innovation and Creativity" when it comes to the community being an equally important division of the company
But I I will thank you,all the Game Experts and Super Stars for all your commitment,encouragement and hard work. That is inspiring!!
