    yeah its getting better, today i got to see notices of special events going inside the game, but u also see a window saying"uve to b connected to the internet to see results) but it shows results &ive internet, &i still dont get my daily prize or am able to look at my king profile, i click on the profile for king &it says no connection to internet even tho i am connected! i think IT-ITSELF is confused! lol!

    It's happening again, all messages have gone and all friends gone, no new challenges, and no new levels. I thought this had been resolved but it looks like this is an ongoing problem that is going to keep recurring. Maybe the next update will fix it again but it is a pain!

    ok.... idk if u play on computer or/&phone/tablet? i got hold of 1 of the people in charge on here &she had me un-install the game &re-install it &ive got the game back to working! so...... the only thing i can think of, is either re-install it, or message "QueenB" bout it! thats the best help i can do!

    Thanks Tweetybell, I play on a tablet. I am not prepared to uninstall the game yet, I would lose all the rewards I have collected, however, PrettyBubbles suggested that I should wait until after installing the next update (don't know when that will be), then log out, restart my device and see what happens. Watch this space!

    Hi @Tweetybell86 absolutely a uninstall will almost always correct stubborn issues that the first procedure does not and sometimes that is what you end up having to do in order to continue play.

    Some players are reluctant at first as @Colin_Kebbell is due to fact that yes all boosters are lost hopefully the first stage of trouble shooting will work you can carry this out at any time and as many times as you like it doesn't hurt to give regular reboots. However a uninstall may still be needed it is then down to players if they are willing to do this as sometimes it is the only way of resolving the bug. πŸ‘πŸ™‚

    Saw your posts and thought.. Wow I'm lucky, it did not happen to me.. This morning it worked fine, now it's the same mess as last time.. No friends, no rewards, no fun.. Guess it's time for a break from playing BWS2. They fixed it last time.. Took a while.. I will be back when my favorite game works again. Hugs to all!

    Yep, game is messed up again. I'm on the verge of uninstalling this game now. Not fun to play anymore when things go wrong like this.
