I think with a small adjustment and retitled this could then be reposted and closed to be used a guide and added to our signatures and welcome messages. Maybe have it announced in either players corner or all game community's so it stays easily visable

You can design the avatar yourself. But loading is only possible via the Community Manager. You'll need to PM your picture to a community manager.

Are there any special requirements for the picture...e.g. dimensions, file type etc ....to make it work well??

The CMs might resize it. However if you do .gif then it will be blurry. Screenshots actually work.

So this means I can provide any picture - I has sort of assumed I had to create an actual cartoon type avatar -
Also, can you tell me if there is a list of Community Managers somewhere? β€οΈ
