It’s bad that on this forum a person is obliged to simultaneously perform several functions.

I think that this is the reason for the changes that everyone is waiting for.

You can be a moderator of a topic or forum section and do your job well, but you don't have to deal with issues that dozens or hundreds of players contact every day. You just follow the behavior of the players in the topics and their compliance with the rules of the community. Would you like to help someone solve a problem? Nobody will forbid you to do this.

And you can, for example, be an expert (or be called something differently) and engage in real help to players, give them advice and share experiences. At the same time, you do not have to read all the topics and be responsible for how the forum members follow the rules of communication, and so on.

Yes. This is the practice in most forums.

And it is right.

Every responsible person on the forum should know the exact responsibilities, and not try to "plug all the holes".

This is exactly what is happening on this forum.

Have you ever visited The Farm Heroes Forum/Community?

This Community and it's Studio and CM have got it going on!!!!!

I love the fact that their CM participates and she contacts her members with encouraging and humble comments. Even just the average joe like me, who visits her Community occasionally!

Their Experts and Superstars are active, helpful and uphold the standard of "House Rules" and are inclusive, even comments I haven't tagged anyone directly in are replied too, so they must read them to have done that :0)

Yes improvements can always be made and yes there are a select few that do try to "plug holes" by having a hand in everything, in a few communities, and yes it can be frustrating! Are they trying to be helpful, collect points, push themselves? Who knows why some are the way they are? Have you tried reaching out to those ones you've noticed doing that and ask them?

I myself wonder why there are some who are constantly negative and only criticize, when there is actually positives to find, if you look around for something encouraging to say? You have a choice how you reply and if you try to be a friendly and supportive housemate, then maybe you can be a "force for good batman" and assist in changing an atmosphere!!

Anyway, we are all entitled to our opinions and I must say I feel heard by the @Community_Team, especially with the new changes coming next week. I've been encouraged, included and supported by "hidden gems" in multiple forums @Glenn1972 @encantes @MountainMom @lilikoikisses @abe_coffee @hechicerilla @Nat09 @Spinnifix @Diamond Lim @headoperations @Sharon_Loose @DieOmimi @Cagnes - so a big shout out to them as they all do multiple things in the community and still had time for little ol' me 🤣🤣

Whilst I have the opportunity - Thankyou also to @QueenB @LadyRaffie @Lola_Pop @Xarly The Hub Studio and The Farm Heroes Studio, you guyz are always hard at work, encouraging and we're all looking forward to the "Home Improvements" due next week. Thanks for listening and doing all the "Behind the Scenes" logistics that make this Community progressive, creative and innovative and just being plain old friendly and approachable!!
