LEVEL 3658 BLANK BLACK SCREEN

I have tried everything and am still stuck on level 3658 which loads but shows a black screen so I can't play it. Please assist on this matter urgently please. What can I do.

What device are you playing on? When you play with an app on your mobile device. Close the app, check for the update and refresh it, and clear the cache and open it again.

Do you play over window10? If so, download the game from the Window Store. If you have a mobile device via the App Store. Enter your game and download it. When uninstalling, the booster and life will be lost. If you bought them I could help you further. Please get in touch, thank you
