This happens occasionally, and there usually isn't much you can do about it.
However, do try this troubleshooting step and see if it helps resolve your issue. Disconnect your game/device from the internet, wait for several seconds or more, then reconnect it back to the internet. Play a level, and see if the win streaks appears. If it doesn't help, then there is a glitch and hopefully it will fix itself.

I hope that you've found the answers in Ms Diamond Lim's comment above.
Nevertheless, it sounded like you are referring to Soda weekly champion race but I may be wrong. For any in-game missing reward, you are encouraged to send message to King's Support team by clicking on the "Contact Us" at the end of this webpage (refer to image below)
It is strange that you lose booster by logging in and out. If you logged out but you forgot to sign back in via your existing Facebook/King Account, your game will reset to level 1, it means no boosters and only with 50 Gold Bars. If this is the case, please remember to log back into your game account.
Also, boosters can be lost if you accidentally uninstalled the game and installed back. Everything will reset to 0 except that you will have some in-game gold bars and 5 full lives.
