As you are at the end for now at level 4490 tells me you are playing via Facebook this is why you will be behind in levels as on android or apple none Facebook users are currently up to level 4510.
We did last October inform BW2 players to only play on a mobile none Facebook as you won't be receiving updates as BW2 no longer supports Facebook.
This was why I asked the question in the beginning but having had your account checked it shows you are still using Facebook.
To continue with receiving updates you will need to play via king 👍⭐

i am sorry BUT in between my writing the reply to your questions and your reply, the other levels were downloaded. I am now at level 4510. So once again, I am at the top level of the game
please understand I have NEVER EVER, played this game on Facebook.

Hi @giliebeane That's good to hear and yes none Facebook players with levels up to 4510 is correct.
Please bear in my mind I was guided by your first issue of not moving from level 4490 for 3 weeks which is the last Facebook level.
You will also recall I did say last week that new levels were due this week and now you have received them so thats great👍
Sorry if there has been confusion but glad you are now up to date and can continue to play ⭐👍

You have had to change things a few times now 🙈
It as as usual if you purchased your boosters you can select the contact tab at the bottom of the page and any registered unused purchased boosters will be credited.
Unfortunately free boosters can not be replaced 👍⭐

wanted to tell you that I have more levels to play. 4511 and up. But, on level 4511 when you hit an egg the little dragon doesn’t move. If you hit it with a bubble it sticks to it. The dragons don’t move, you can not move up the playing field.
could you please have someone look at this
