Wow, look at all those powerups. That gains a lot of points.

I had to put higher numbers. That screenshot shows a lot of powerups and other things that gain a lot of points and level-ups.

I'm probably late to the party. I would say around 92,300. Look at all the power ups and things that could be used to aid in a higher score.
