I am now unable to play both these games now because they keep asking me for my date of birth. I enter the information but the notice does not disappear, please help.😓

As a complete newbie to this site, I am obviously unaware of the procedures, therefore when I asked my question I did just that, not knowing what forum I should seek help from, perhaps someone can assist me, I need help and came here in the hope I could get help, if I am mistaken can someone please direct me to where I can get help with my problem, I would appreciate that very much, thank you.

Thanks for tagging me @hechicerilla. Welcome to our community @16071943! I have a couple of questions for you. Are you playing on mobile? Are you logging in with Facebook or King? I never saw that before. Is there anyway that you could do a print screen by following the steps from HERE. Once you have the print screen to upload it here look at the new blank area where you are going to respond back to me. On the bottom left there are 4 icons. The second is the image icon. Click on that and it should open to where you have the print screen saved. Click on that and it should upload here. I want to take care of you before I get this message transferred to the correct area.

One more thing that I forgot to mention, @16071943. There is a lot to see and many things to do in the community, so check out this guide to help you find your way around.
