Hello King Community!

I have been playing games on King.com for years after downloading a game from the Google Play store. The game was really fun and I loved playing it but my phone at the time kept freezing, I think due to lack of memory that is how I fell in love with King.com.

As I was trying to find support for the problem I'm facing I found the King Community. About 2 years ago King.com's games would not load for 1 to 2 weeks once they started loading again I had lost 5 years of progress. I didn't mind loosing the progress as I love the games and hay it was a fresh start. Now in the last month this has happened twice, the first time it took about 3 days for the games to load again and lost all my progress. I'm currently on day 2 of the games not loading which is frustrating and I'm not finding anything in the help or support as the AI only has specific things it can search and my issue is not in the list.

My line of thinking went to if I create an account when this happens again I may not loose my progress when King.com is up again. I found the Community when looking for support and here I am. I can log into the King Community pages but when I try going to King.com it says "Incorrect email and/or password".

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
