Here in the United States of America we have Unions and the Right to Work Law in many States and in some we don't...Trust me there are plenty of people who do not want to work who will take you to Court and sue you so they won't have to work either....and lately our Government has been paying a lot of them to not work at all and now that our Country is getting back on track they don't want to go back to work either so like where I live we are in dire need of people who need jobs and want to work because we have plenty....lots of open jobs every where....no one will work....sad very sad plenty of jobs and pay great too just nobody wants to work at all ( lazy )

Hello my dear It's the same in Germany. Those who do not want to work will still be amply rewarded for it. We call this Hartz 4.
