Well, here's mine for the USA: Congress can only spend 50% from taxes collected on government spending (all departments, gov't employees, programs, etc.) and the other 50% goes to paying off the debt. When debt is paid off, that 50% portion is put into a trust and NEVER spent. Only exception is a Declaration of War voted on by Congress.
As Congress represents everyone, this law fits the question.

If so my law would be, NO CRIMES🦹♂️, NO MURDER🔫, NO PRESIDENT⚖, EVERYONE'S EQUAL🤘, NO SECRETS🤫 AND JUST LIVE YOUR LIFE🧬 HOW YOU WANT AND JUST BE HAPPY!👪🤱 AND OF COURSE THE LAW WOULD INCLUDE NO POOR,💷💵💰💲💸 ALL RICH🪙💰💲💸💳💱!! AND THIS IS WHERE I BANG THE GAVEL🔨 PEOPLE 🤪💯✊
