Don't worry! How about you follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug here (any device) that I hope nothing this happens. 😊
⚠️ NOTE ⚠️
If you want to try uninstall and reinstall steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered and your current level is saved but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset or gone when you save your progress completed with Facebook or King.Com.

Please let us know whether those steps as shared by our Ms Lim above fixes your issue. If it doesn't you may need to reinstall the game. Before that make sure that your device is compatible with the game latest requirements and specs so that your gaming experience would not have significant interruptions such as game freezing/lagging and so on.
If your device is in order, then reinstalling the game is the last resort but please bear in mind that all boosters will be erased as well as it is stored in the app data. However, if you have recent proof of purchase of boosters that you haven't used in the game, you may request refund from King via their Support team.
Please let us know if you still have any issues with King's games or questions relating to the Community.
