Happy Thanksgiving

In other threads, I made the comment that Thanksgiving is not celebrated in my country.

On the other hand, I could consider these dishes as my "favorites":

Ham in orange chipotle sauce: An easy option using smoked ham (already cooked) roasted in the oven and glazed with a sauce made with chipotle chili peppers in adobo, orange juice, lemon juice, cumin, achiote, tequila, sugar or honey, and spices.

Apple Pie: This delicious and light apple pie is super easy and can be made with just 4 ingredients: apples, sugar, flour and eggs.

Corn cake with cheese or humita cake:

 Recipe for pastel de choclo con queso, also known as pastel de humita, a traditional Latin dish prepared with corn (corn or fresh corn) and cheese.

Now that there is lenient restriction we can go out and have dinner outside.

Right now having a lunch date with hubby at a buffet restaurant. Having seafood soup, ebi tempura, grilled fish and beef.
