Game crashes and other issues

Is anyone else experiencing major issues with glitches and crashes? Even this page doesn’t seem to want to work for me . Keeps telling me that I need to confirm my email address which I have already done, and I am losing major scores AFTER completing a level when the game crashes, losing my win streaks and progress, ready to delete it if I can figure out how to fix it. I’ve gone through the FAQs and already done all the recommended fixes with no luck!

Email confirmation, screenshot of last round after completing the round as it was finishing up from my last moves and right before it crashed AGAIN, and a screen shot of multiple messages to confirm my email 😡

Thank you for reporting your issue. If you have done all the necessary steps as per FAQ and issue still persists you may need to reinstall the game but pls read this post and try the troubleshooting step first as reinstalling the game will erase all your boosters.
