Thanks for pointing out but I think the spam blocks is to prevent spammer from spamming. In my humble opinion, the spamming would be uncontrollable if there's no spam blocks.
After a while, I've gotten use to it. I just need to tell myself to slow down on my posting and making comments. 😆

Yeah! Like Wykoon explained you, so you make sure post one comment first then waiting for at least 30 seconds then you can post one comment again. When you post two comments less than 30 seconds, you cannot post it until waiting 3 minutes then you can post again.
If you post on your discussion, you make sure post one discussion first then waiting for at least 2 minutes then you can post one discussion again. When you post two discussions less than 2 minutes , you cannot post it until waiting 5 minutes then you can post again.
