Can't use PrivateMessage after July fifth?
Hi. I have seen the notification about the removal of Private Message. I want to know the next consequences after July 5 2022. How could we send Private Message if it was removed from all the rest of ordinary users (with no rights on this community)?
(This notification is making me confused.)

Nobody other than the community managers or the game moderators will be able to send a PM to another player after July 5th. Up until then you can so you have a week(ish)
if you need to speak to a manager or moderator you will be able to comment on a thread that you need help and one of them will message you to chat 😊

Sending lives in CCFS doesn't work properly, there's no way to chat with teammates in game, there's no way to add friends in game ... now we can't even form group PMs to communicate with team members in the community. Quite frankly this, to me, is removing the 'community aspect' of the whole thing and turning them into solitary/solitaire apps. FB is not and never will be an option for me to communicate with others. It is insecure in its implementation, spyware and toxic to free speech in my opinion and will never be anything I'm willing to become involved with -- so don't bother suggesting that should become our 'social interaction platform'.
This sudden decision and quick implementation leaves me seriously considering having anything to do with king products and apps from now on.

I also do not use Facebook, and never will. How do teammates communicate and strategize in their games now? Also, I and many other players have made friends here that we have no other means of sharing messages with each other. How do we contact our friends?
I agree this move is killing the "community".

@sharkeymw the point about messaging for team communication has already been raised by various mods for the same reason. Let's hope they can work something out 🙂

@Lady_Choo It may have been raised, but it's obvious that they didn't listen to you, did they? And a company that doesn't listen to their active customer base and especially those who they've tagged with helping the community who are closer to the actual player base is a company that's about to lose my support if they don't address this before this all goes down. Right now, there WILL be no community -- no mechanism to choose/add friends, no reliable mechanism for helping friends by sending lives, no way to talk to teammates ... why bother to support them?

I completely agree with you… perhaps our wonderful @johamilton will come up with an alternative for us. :(
Yes, I can agree with you that this move is gonna have a negative impact on lots of us here including me. I guess we need more in-game chat features lol…

We should be able to work on a solution? @NamTruong2001 - a compromise? Deleting PM messages 90 days old? This will free up storage/server space or whatever the real reason for this new change.

Yes that’s definitely a way better idea! Maybe if it hasn’t been used in 90 days that is….
