I voted for the mini side quest with rewards to help pass the level, as long as the mini quest is doable. Another area that might be included could also be "helpful hints or tips plus a reward to help clear the level".

@FluffyDinosaur to be honest I would much prefer all polls to include an 'other' option so people can give their ideas as well.
In this instance I don't like any of the options and would much prefer that King design the levels such that players do not get stuck in the first place.
