Problems with the videos - addressed to All CMs.
Lately I've noticed the problems with the videos in the games a lot. So now I'm starting to skip the videos. There is only a black screen, app crashes, app hangs. It is no longer normal what happens to the videos. A lot happens with the extra movements you get. The extra movements would help to end the game, but unfortunately in this case I always have to start over.
In this case I have to close and reopen the apps.
The same is true when you get life through video. The same principle.
Please pass it on to the studios.

I notice more and more that I could have finished the levels faster with the videos, unfortunately I have to skip the advertisements. It is the case in every game, so I thought that all players should get a small amount of compensation for it. Would it be possible that you could get unlimited lives in every game? So we could catch up a bit. It's a suggestion from me. This means I have to use more boosters. Otherwise I could have saved it.
That would be nice.

Ich merke immer mehr, das ich die Levels hätte schneller beenden können mit den Videos, leider muß ich die Werbungen auslassen. Es ist in jedem Spiel der Fall und somit dachte ich, das für alle Spieler eine kleine Entschädigung dafür bekommen sollten. Wäre es möglich, das man dann in jedem Spiel mal unbegrenzte Leben bekommen könnte? Somit könnten wir dann etwas aufholen. Es ist ein Vorschlag von mir.Dadurch muß ich mehr Booster benutzen. Sonst hätte ich sie mir sparen können. Das wäre nett.

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.
