Can't retrieve my progress

I can't log into my king account
They keep telling me connection error or "you're offline*
I have lost all my progress, I was at level 6500 and now I'm back to level 1
I need help please😭

@Trinamays Did you clear app cache and app data? Is your internet connection strong?

Yes I have cleared the app cache, restarted my phone several times, refreshed my internet connection but to no avail

Try to clear app data or uninstall the app. But remember that it will delete all your boosters. Then install the game again and try to log in.

I play Candy Crush saga, I think the situation has been resolved, I uninstalled one more time then reinstalled and tried to log in, it's working perfectly
