Hi @Trishy1234 I’m so sorry if my original post was confusing. It’s just the website Royal Games dot com that is shutting down. Not King dot com. This website and the games here will still be here, plus all the mobile games will still remain. Royal Games is owned by the King company but is separate from this place.
At Royal Games you could play older versions of some King games like Candy Crush plus other games. Players at Royal Games also had the option to play in money tournaments and win cash prizes. They had some problems with that this year and I suspect that’s one of the reasons that Royal Games is shutting down.
Again, sorry for the confusion. 🙁

I am similarly gutted!
I've been a member of Royal games since 2005! When it was then midasplayer dot com. King took over for awhile and finally it was rebranded as Royal Games.
Really sorry to see it go, it's been on a downward spiral for a couple of years and many of my favourite games have already been long gone since the loss of flash player. I always used to play 'Big Brother Goldfish bowl' as it was known 15 years ago!
I actually feel quite heartbroken it's gone as my castle, profile page and jewel collection was 16 years in the making. Only just joined here. I'm hoping it helps, but it's not the same as the old school style games over there.
Strangely the profiles of the community haven't been deleted, so I'm still popping over there to reminisce.
Sad times.

Hello again,
Recently, a Royal Games player contacted Royal Games and asked if the Microsoft deal would help Royal Games get revived again.
Royal Games response was that Royal Games will be permanently shut down in 2024, is this true or can the Microsoft deal help save Royal Games, only recently I saw that there were 22,235 players logged into Royal Games on the player guide before I had logged in myself and this is when there are no games available on the site so with that amount of number of players, the players from Royal Games still care about Royal Games and do not want the site to go.
The games from Royal Games were brilliant and the whole layout of Royal Games was also brilliant.
I throughly miss Royal Games as do thousands of other Royal Games players.
Will Royal Games ever get revived and will it ever come back as the popular gaming site it was once before?
