Let’s share some holiday recipes!
"Yeti, why are you so excited," asks Tiffi.
"I found the old buckeye peanut butter ball recipe," exclaims Yeti. "Everyone loves eating them at this time of year and I thought that I lost it."
"So happy that you found it," Tiffi says. "They are really yummy!"
Wow it’s hard to believe that Christmas is almost here! Does anyone have a family recipe that they’d love to share with all of us? When my kids were still living at home I loved to make these peanut butter balls. They were easy to make so I thought that I’d share this recipe here (attached).
Please feel free to join in. It doesn’t have to be just a Christmas recipe. It can be any holiday recipe at this time of year.

I love peanut butter fudge 😍
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups brown sugar, packed
- ¾ cup whole milk
- ½ cup butter
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups powdered sugar, sifted to break up clumps
INSTRUCTIONS
- Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper or an aluminum foil sling for easy removal. If using aluminum foil, be sure to butter it so the fudge will come off easily.
- Combine brown sugar, milk, and butter in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook while stirring frequently until the brown sugar and butter dissolve and the mixture comes to a boil.
- Boil for 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Stir the peanut butter and vanilla extract into the mixture until smooth and well combined.
- Add the powdered sugar to a large bowl, then pour the hot peanut butter mixture over it.
- Beat together with a hand mixer until combined and there are no lumps of powdered sugar remaining.
- Transfer the fudge to the prepared pan, and let it set at room temperature for about 3 hours.
- Allow it to cool completely before slicing it into squares

@PrettyBubbles. @prettybubbles21
I made up an easy delightful cheese dip that you eat with fritos
1 or 2 pkgs cream cheese softened
1/4 c salsa ( mild to extra hot, you decide)
Tabasco sauce to taste about 4 or 5 shakes
Beat all ingredients together on low speed and refrigerate for an hour or even overnight
Dip should be pink not red
Then enjoy using Fritos corn chips
makes a thick consistency dip for all hungry belly's waiting for turkey
makes about 2 to 3 cups of dip and so easy
merry Christmas everyone

Sounds nice. @Princess_Jessica .But, I don't like peanut butter 😕. I'll give you my roast potatoes recipe. Spicy potatoes. Try them they are yummy. So, I just make them without any measurements. So, par boil potatoes in salted water for 15/ 20 minutes. Darin them in a colander. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of plain flour. In your roasting try .put about 4/5 cooking oil.you can use any cooking oil.
1 SP of course salt.
1TS of mixed herbs.
1SP OF Chilli flakes.
1/4 TS of black pepper.
About 3 stick 's of fresh rosemary. Chopped.
Let all these spices brase in oil for a minute on slow flame. Put your par boiled potatoes in it. Toast the potatoes with the spice. Bake them for an hour on gas setting 7.until golden and crispy. You can adjust the spices according to your taste and depending on how much potatoes you do. I do quite alot.my family loves them different raost potatoes than your normal ones.
