Honestly, I don't know why I'm not a professional player. I have been
playing many games for many years. I play regularly as I have time and

Yeah! Me too as I have still playing Diamond Diaries Saga and also Candy Crush Friends Saga so many times on my all days! But it's still unfortunately as I haven't still receive Pro Player status on my view profile right now. I really miss I get Pro Player status right now. π
It's only system can choosing the players randomly, not us. We have no another suggestions and informations.

You are a moderator and have a title. If it's not you anymore, then it could be.
Randomness is ridiculous. Not every player is here. and I've been here for over 5 years and people know me and my account.

I agree that a moderator or a CM has already a title, so it is not possible to have a second one displayed!
As a mathematician, a do not agree with "randomness", as it does not make any sense!
I suppose that there is an algorithm, counting certain parameters and the title is given by a bot! π€π€―π½π₯Έ

It's an automatic step, the system picks up the players who fit into the category, there's nothing they can check for you.
Please remember: Pro Players play more, they are on higher levels and/or they have been around for the longest time! π€

Yeah! As I am still Game Moderator, there is still no way to promote/change to the second one rank (is Pro Player) displayed/promoted very possible in our future. Game Moderators and also Community Managers too. I missed!
Well! When I (we/they) quit/unpromote Game Moderator, I am not sure if I (we/they) may chance to promote Pro Player in our future when got Pro Player status on our view profile and also notification.
Nikolaos! You explained us rightly as it's a mathematician that they do not agree with "randomness", as it does not make any sense!
