One of my favorite flavors is Haagen Daz Chocolate Chocolate Chip ice cream and luckily I can buy a pint at the local grocery store.😁

I also love true Italian ices and love enjoying them in Rome.

My son has a severe life threatening peanut allergy and 22 years ago the ingredient labeling wasn't as good as it is now. He wasn't able to ingest anything manufactured in the same facility as peanuts. His allergy to other nuts is not as severe but it was hard finding a ice cream he could eat. So I bought an ice cream maker and made our own ice cream. My favorite ice cream comes from my house and is my homemade vanilla. I could make it the way we liked it. The best was when I used the vanilla bean to make it. Delicious!
