When I was little, my nuclear family would wake up and have scrambled eggs and sausage for breakfast and do a mini egg hunt in the yard. There would be a chocolate bunny with little candies like M&Ms around and assorted jellybean in an Easter basket. Before Easter each year we would decorate hard boiled eggs. As we got older we would get coloring books or reading books. We would still get a chocolate bunny and the assorted candies. Not a lot though. The one thing that never changed was going over to grandma’s house for Easter dinner. We would have a lasagna, spaghetti and meatballs or a bird of some kind. If for some Easter’s we would have a lamb portion. There was another egg hunt there too. Plus an Easter basket was given to all the kids. When the family got older and had families, the numbers shrunk little by little. But the core value stayed. Come to the family dinner if you can. My current Easter tradition is to a closer family friend for a dinner. What’s served changes year by year. My five it candy are Ferrero Rocher Chocolate, Mounds and Almond Joys

I do celebrate Easter. In Seville, Spain, Holy Week is especially famous worldwide.

We do not celebrate Easter
There is no favorite chocolate, but the best stuffed chocolates are especially toffee.

Well, this Easter I plan to beat the whole family in an egg fight! Also, my favorite chocolate is the one with nuts.

Thank you for this lovely thread and badge @PrettyBubbles
🥚+🍫 = 😋
Egg hunt is long gone in our family. Either too old for it or way too young still!

But I still buy big Easter chocolate eggs filled with small choc surprises for my young adults children. No egg hunt though but they love love love to eat them the way they did when they were kids 😻😆
