Hi everyone!

We want to have a space for you all to be able to express your thoughts and opinions on the forums themselves! Please don't provide any game-specific feedback here but focus instead on the site. Features like the badges, sections like the 'Ideas', competitions, the team, etc.

All things Community go here, and we want to know what you think about it all!

     I have big problems to put my suggestions and questions in the right place. If I do it, it means that it would not be right here. That's why I'm doing it here again. It goes dadrum in many Sagas 30 minutes to wait for a new life. If there are not many players who send lives, you have to wait 30 minutes to play 1x. My question: Could not you reduce the 30 minutes? That would be nice!!!

     I have the feeling as with the offices, one is only sent back and forth. I do not know if I'm the only one who has such problems here to cope !!!! I'm just waiting for my suggestions to be accepted. Otherwise I have to pull back and accept everything as it is. Since it is demanding and annoying for me. I'm sorry. My best will was there !!

    Hey @Spinnifix ,

    Don't worry - some things take time and we welcome everyone here. We aim for people to find the right place for their feedback in the easiest way possible but sometimes that might not be the case. 

    The main two things are usually the following:

    - Be nice to each other and to us
    - Be concise when writing and make sure you are in the right place (if you can find anything related to what you want to talk about, then open a new discussion). If you can compile your thoughts in one single comment, that is also much appreciated since it makes it easier to follow for anyone reading it.

     I did everything as it was said. I am also friendly. With patience, I know my way around, just by the Sagas. Honestly, the site was not built right from the start. My translations are going well, so I have no big problems. Only this maze makes me very big problems. Even that one has a concern and I was told that it will be passed on. If you ask then, it says: NO: Then you ask again and it means: You should do it yourself. This is not a way to handle the player. Your employees would have to be better informed. I could well imagine that players have already quit here. It's no wonder!!! Yesterday it was too much for me then. I only played Farm Super Heros and did not read any news. I was glad that I came in well in the game. Sometimes days do not come in as a PC player. I just played the lives and made the PC. I can not handle this back and forth here with my nerves. I'm so sorry. Have shown my efforts again and again. But with me there is also a limit. I'm sorry. I only open and honest. That's all!!!

     Only good that I was left alone today. I had a nervous breakdown. I just cried, that's why. Thanks for that. The hiking day would have to be paid, as compensation.

     I can not do it. Hopefully the madness will end soon. I'm sorry!!!

     What do you think of the Easter special? Think of something! Do not search me anymore, you have to deal with it !!!  B)

    I just want to say one more thing: Since then happy if the players participate motionless and leave their comments, suggestions, etc. Otherwise, this page would be empty. You certainly do not want that! Only what you have made of this is unacceptable. You have determined the wanderings through the chaos. Only the few will keep that up. That's how you have to see that. Just the flip side of it. You make it pretty easy.   PLEASE, just fix it quickly. And everyone is satisfied. I always said, I am open and honest !!! It's enough if the players give everything and you register and implement it. This already fulfills part of the task - solved. You do not want to scare the players, or ???? Where is the problem anyway to put what the players have submitted. Please send it back and forth, it will not work and will backfire. That does not help anyone !!! The comments are important, no matter where they stand !!! That's my opinion on that. You can read and understand what has been left. That's enough.

    Please do not make it hard for yourself! In this sense. o:)

    I think the community is awesome. When I first joined the superstars made me feel welcomed right away and feel apart of the community. The cm @QueenMia is very active in the forums and I love the contests that we get to be a part of. Keep up the good work and thanks for making this community so sweet everyone ๐Ÿ˜Š

     So slowly I am dissatisfied, because I have the feeling that your coworker is not so active anymore. It is no longer answered or it takes a long time for an answer to come. There are problems in Super Farm Heros and there is radio silence. Nothing happens. You also do not know if anything is being worked on against the problems. It's been like this for a while. What is going on with you?

    I love the community. The members are warm and welcoming. I've only had one unpleasant interaction with a member and I wish there was an option to block him/her but besides that I'm happy here.

    @RegalRenz , if you are having issues with someone, you can always reach out to anybody from the team and we will be happy to assist. You can also choose to 'ignore' someone when clicking in their profile. We always work to enable a healthy and positive community but, although it's not our preferred option, we have that feature in case it's needed for some of you.

    One question:

    How can I delete my notifications?

     My page in the profile is full of it and would like to sort out and delete. Only there is nothing to delete it. It would be nice as with the emails, which you could delete everything at once.

    Hi @Spinnifix !

    If you click on your profile, then on edit profile and then on notification preferences you will be able to tick and untick the notifications as you see fit :smile:.
