Meet the Kingsters - Meet Callmepims, Player Support Studio Lead at King

The Community is a great place to get to know each other, but what about knowing the people behind the magic of the Kingdom?

We thought it would be a great idea to share some of the personalities from behind the scenes and meet fantastic Kingsters!  

These are the minds that create all this delicious universe: From Game Artists, Level Designers, Content Specialists, Game Producers and Customer Support Agents - all of them are included, so come and meet the team.

This week, we sat down with @callmepimms our Player Support Studio Lead and here is what we got to know! 

"Hey all,

In my role as Studio Lead for Player Support, I am responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders inside each of our game teams. I am working closely with the development teams, marketing, and player support, helping to better work with and understand the feedback from our players, gather and prioritize requirements around our games developments, and work on ensuring the overall player experience is exceptional. In a day to day this involves a lot of coffee, talking, meeting and discussing various pieces of feedback and insights and how it influences the decisions we do for the game. But also so our lovely community team and the other support teams we are having are staying up to date with everything. It´s really a little bit of everything which I love."

 

• Tell us 3 funny things about yourself

. I own 12 pairs of Converse Chucks in all kinds of colors (call me addicted
. I am writing a kids book novel based on the impromptu situations my 2 year old son is creating
. Sweden´s weather conditions are still way too warm for me and I would probably need to move to the arctic to feel comfortable.

• If you were a King game, which one would you be? I would probably be Legend of Solgard since I am a huge fan of the Nordic mythologies and history.

• If you were a candy? I would be Center Shocks, I loved them a a child and still do today.

• If you were a game character? I would be Mr Toffee from Candy. I like his clothing style and he is always fun.

• If you were a video game? I would probably Starcraft II since it’s the game I dedicate most of my free time into.

• What's your favourite food? II´d say everything Italian but I recently discovered Poke Bowls as a health alternative. 

• Is there something that you would like to tell our players?

"I work with gaming communities and players for more than 10 years now and the King community to me is a very unique space. It warms my heart to see the joy people are having with our games and it's so nice to be around here and see the level of commitment."
