I am on my PC now but the problem is on my Android tablet, I have dumped the cache and I know if I force a stop I"ll lose all of my extra lives I have and I get very few these days 2 maybe 3

I"ve got the same problem, I get the option to get the free spin to see if I can win more moves,I click on the free spin after I lose a game and the spinner just sits there and says Loading,and when I try clicking that off it says I'll lose my spin and it has a red X inside,something is wrong somewhere, I do not go through facebook,I don't belong to facebook and i'm not gonna become a member of facebook BUT I do LOVE playing candy crush,I just wish they would fix it.

@Breee as long as you do not clear the data it should be all good. I clear cache and force stop a lot when it misbehaves. Its the data you need to clear as a last resort as as you said, that will remove all saved lives/boosters.
Clear system cache (which isn't as good since they updated the newest android version imo) and delete any apps you don't use any longer to give yourself some extra memory space. Usually problems with pausing etc are caused by less free memory.
I understand you don't like Facebook. The only reason my hubby has FB is purely for games and friends. However you don't need to have it, BUT i would strongly advise that you make a kingdom account if you haven't already, so your progress is saved -

There seems to be a bug around badges that we're investigating. Thanks for bringing this to our attention! Some badges don't seem to be granting themselves automatically but we hope to fix this soon.
