Sorry to hear about your issue.

If you play game without logging into any account or Logging into King Account or Playing at King.com, you will receive random Players who will send you request for lives and thus we can't guarantee that you will receive a life. Thus, You can Play this game by Logging into Facebook.com and you will see your friends which play the King Game which you Play. Now, just search your King Game's Players Group.

For Example- If you are Playing Candy Crush Saga then you need to search a group on Facebook 'Candy Crush Saga Players' or 'Candy Crush Saga Friends' and you need to join them by requesting. After you have joined then you can add the them to your Friend List by sending them friend request. Once done, you can send and receive lives from them. Also, don't forget to send them lives when you are full of lived so that you will receive more lives from them.
