When does the new team come. I have been playing and never get honey pots or a new team. I have played 200 lever or so without getting a new team

I've been on approximately 4 teams - none of which I chose. However, I contacted King earlier this week because the latest team they put me on [about 5 weeks ago] had multiple players that didn't play so I always ended up needing to pass levels so we received the rewards. King did switch my team yesterday. They didn't respond via contact; I just noticed it when I opened the game. Too new to see if this is truly a 'team'. You can request a change. P.S. my teams do not appear on the computer, only the phone app. Hope this helps:)!

I did it through the contact feature. Here's exactly what I said: Since Fantastic 5 issue in October, I'm saddled with new players barely contributing. I do it or it's not met. I had a good team; I'm tired of carrying this group.
It's a little harsh, but I was so frustrated with this issue and some others that I just stated it plainly. Hope this helps:)!
