Gold bars are continuously disappearing

I've already contacted King regarding my dilemma regarding the disappearance of my gold bars. Someone named Eduardo responded and said "we do detect that your missing 10 gold bars were used on a purchase of extra moves". This never happened, I use boosters to pass to the next level whenever necessary, but don't use my gold bars to to get extra moves. They just dwindle. This is a disgrace for a company to say this without providing proof. On 3/16 I had 16 gold bars, won 5 gold bars when I won a match, that came to a total of 21. On 3/22, I noticed I only had 11. I need proof from King that I used them to purchase extra moves, how can they say that without backing up their statement.

I hope you get a reply. And not just a a message back twisting your missing bars into something about you may have done something wrong accidentally wrong or a response that it's your type of phone you have are the may be the reason for your list items. Or heck next you will hear.its your choice of cell π±βοΈπ²ππ΅π‘π !!!! Phone service provider who knows I pray that you get a direct response and not the run around and wish washing . Let me know if you get any answers? I never got a andewr just a bunch of confusing questions about or response I didn't understand.

n if the support team does really look into ur account and conclude that u miss 10 gold bars for extra moves ... this really seem valid answer ... or u mean u want more concrete proof? Screenshot ? So if they can show? What u can do?

Yes, a more concrete answer, their answer was like a cookie cutter response to everyone else that has asked why their gold bars disappear. I noticed this a while back, but didn't pay attention, until I started taking notes (I should have also taken my own screenshots). Back in February, I had 11 gold bars, but I had more than that because I made a purchase on 10.10.19 in the amount of $3.99, the receipt doesn't say how many gold bars were included. On 1.23.20, I made another purchase of $1.99, the receipt doesn't say how many gold bars came with the purchase either (I think the $1.99 purchase came only with 10 gold bars). So between the purchases made on 10.10.19 and 1.23.20, I probably had over 20 gold bars (just a rough estimate. During that time I noticed I had lost gold bars, but thought it was just a glitch, but decided to start taking notes. On March 2, I had 16 gold bars and then I won a match so I now had a total of 21 bars. On 3/22 all of a sudden I had lost 11 bars. They're saying I used them to purchase more lives, if that is the case, I'm asking for proof, which is not being provided. I do remember making a purchase one time when the piggy bank was full of gold bars, but I did that once (probably the $3.99 purchase back on 10.10.19), that option is no longer available.

Sorry, but a lot of time could have been saved if I would have been told it's a number ID, not a name ID, and provided instructions on how to find it, instead of clicking on "here" and nothing happening.
In all my years of playing this had been the first time I'ver ever had to use this community forum, so how would I have know that my ID was not my player name, but an ID number? Sorry for my frustration, but it takes 24 hours to get a response, which I could have provided sooner if I would have been given proper instructions. Thank you.

as been mentioned: the support already told u that u use it to buy moves ... but u donβt believe ..
and out of good will, lola_pop will continue to assist as much as possible ...
do learn to be appreciative and not to be frustrated ... especially now at times of covid19 .... where ur flight parcel may take weeks to arrive instead of ur wish of sooner than 24 hrs ...
