Unable to sync devices

Hi I have been playing on both my iPad and my samsung phone with no problems with my devices syncing my progress until last night. I am at level 6543 on my iPad and I noticed that my phone was not maintaining progress I closed the app and reopened it but that didnt work. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. I signed back in with facebook and it is now at level 1 on my phone . I have checked app permissions in facebook and that is all ok. I dont know what else to do. Please help

    Hi. The problem isn't connecting to Facebook. I can connect to facebook but it hasn't synced my progress on my phone. . I have tried deleting the apps and reinstalling.but to no avail all is fine on my ipad and after deleting the app on my phone it has taken the progress back to level 1 even though I'm connected to facebook on both my ipad and my phone. Any other suggestions please.

    For some unknown reason its decided to sync. All back to normal . Thanks anyway

    Yes this ziggy 53 plzz help I have acct I think it is with the king Community, I earned badges an points entered contests and I'm assuming that's my king acct I opened it with my email address not my facebook acct.could the someone in the Community ck an see if that's my is for sure my king acct plzz because if it is t I en I dont have to link my game to my facebook acct .Thank you guys

    is it possible that u stick to 1 device?

    ios and android doesn’t have the latest version at the same time ... usually updates roll out earlier for IOS ...

    Hi @ziggy53 In addition to what @stan1981 said above, I think the account you are talking about is the one to get you into this community. The King Account is one you create to log into your game.

    To find you King Account, go to your game and select the settings and then profile. This is where you log into your game. If you log out, then try to log back in, you will get a screen similar to this one.

    Select the bottom choice - Already Got A King Account. You'll enter your email and if you've forgotten your password, choose the Forgot Password block. That's how you get your password updated, and logging in with it will save your game's levels for you.

    Let me know if this works.

    I can not sync one of my devices and don’t want to lose my hammers etc

    Here are these tips of moving game progress to a new device (Android/Apple) by Community Team. 

    Click here (Android) and here (Apple) to follow these steps that I hope you can understand it and this helps! 😉

    ⚠️ NOTE ⚠️

    Boosters cannot be transferred for any devices but gold bars can be transferred when you save your progress.

    But you can continue use old device to play any King's Games if you haven't uninstall yet, your boosters have still saved. 😊
