April 1 Android Security Update (Galaxy S10+) Candy Crush Saga hangs

After the latest Android Security update (Dated 4/1/2020) Candy Crush Saga hangs if it is in background for more than a few minutes. This requires using app manger to kill the game and restart. This could be tied to the new battery status / lock feature button. Bottom line, if game moves to background you will have to kill it before you can play again. UN-installed, then reinstalled the game, re-synced with FB. Lost all boosters, game still hangs :-(

    Have you still crashing/loading on Candy Crush Saga? 😢

    Don't worry about this problem! How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug? (I hope it's solved that nothing this happens. 🤔) 

    You can click here (Android Version) and I think it's solved by Community Team, then you can find and follow troubleshooting steps that I hope this helps! 😉)


    ⚠️ NOTE ⚠️

    If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered and your current level is saved but of course, all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset or gone when you save your progress completed with Facebook or King.Com. 


    ** If you have tried to follow these troubleshooting steps but it's not worked, please let me know and you can continue to comment on below here. I will waiting for your response to answer! 😉 **

    I followed all of the available troubleshooting suggestions prior to writing the above post. Note the last line of the comment, lost my boosters. Game still hangs if in background too long. This was not a problem until the 4/1/202 Android security update was loaded on 4/4/2020.

    You can click on "Contact Us" here. You can find on the bottom of the Community page:

    Then you make sure your email is correct, write your full name. After that, you choose a game is "Candy Crush Saga", then you choose the platform such as phone or PC, you choose a topic is "Problem with my game" and subtopic is "Crashing / Freezing". (Here is my example as below) 👇

    Finally you tell them "Why are you asking this problem?" and click on "submit".

    So you wait for Community Team (but it has taken longer) until their team will answer and help you about this issue/problem while you receive your email. 😊

    Well that is interesting. I filled out that form over a week ago. The email reply told me to come here to the community. Sounds like a catch-22 with no resolution. Will fill out the form once more (per your request). Maybe someone will look at the problem..
