I have good command in eng5 even though it's not my mother tongue, due to the kind of work I had before I retried,,although sometimes I have trouble understanding some of what others write, and translates are not 100 hundred accurate, so I can relate to what you're talking about

As someone who only speaks English I never realized that this was as much of a problem as you present. I am amazed at how well everyone converses as it is, never even thought about some of you needing to translate. Guess that shows how much we take for granted when it is the norm for you. I know it has to be frustrating, I can only imagine being in China or France and not being able to understand anything and I guess if I wanted to survive I'd have to learn, or enough to get by. But on the other hand English is the Universal Language and I have to agree ( even though some still think someday it will be Mandarin).... that if you want to get by, to learn enough basic101 English. Actually @firebombmarkus had the best idea, to help out with translations in the International Corner, what I don't understand is the picture problem. Maybe someday King will come up with a solution. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but if it was me, the thousand words would be more important for now.

Hi there, @Spinnifix! What kind of survey was it? Surveys are conducted in English because it is a Universal Language. I understand your frustrations but they can't have surveys conducted in all languages of the world.
You have other options. You can open 2 browsers, one for the Survey and one for Google Translate. You can switch from one to the other. It will require extra efforts and time. You'll have to type the questions since they cannot be copied and pasted but it can be done.

I actually don't have a problem with the english posts. I mean, where I come from, we are used to have to undestand (speak and write) some english. So it's pretty normal for me to search for some words letter by letter because I can't copy the full text. Altough I do undestand that this is just my point of view and many players won't share the same experiences 🤷♀️

I support @Spinnifix 's side. English is mandatory here and yes it's widely understood and used. But some people don't master it well for their reasons and they still want to be included in the community. Which they manage on their own, of course, but could do it easier with better designed surveys, etc, that are in-app translation friendly (e.g. with text outside the picture). I don't see a reason to tell this minority to suck it up, basically, when this is a technical aspect that can be looked into. Unless there is a technical problem in providing more accessibility in this type of activities?

You should bear in mind that some players come up with ideas because they have health problems when playing. What should then be implemented. Nothing else is here either. Just a comparison !!! Where is it so bad that both parties are satisfied. Some who can speak English and others who have to translate. Nothing would change that can speak English. Just a help for the translators.
