My answer is:
E as every row has one group of 3 cards, 2 cards and 1 card. In the last row, there are already group of 3 cards and 1 card. So there can be a group of 2 cards replacing the question marks.. A,B,D,F eliminated from the list of options.... Now which one will be the correct answer between C and E? E will be the answer. Explaination... There are 2 Ks, 2Qs and 1 J in every row so only E is left...
