Not getting jackpots

Hello

I got all these jackpots. I was waiting for the end to get them all. When I finished getting them all nine of them came on my account except the time ones and the the extra cards.

I also loosed the one I already had. Did anyone have the same problem?

I think I had to many bonus and the game could not support it 🤷🏻‍♂️
