Hello there!

I am new to this community but not to the games. Haha. I have been playing Candy Crush Saga for more than 7 years now. I had a long break from this game in between since I've changed my phone. Only by final quarter of year 2019 I installed the game in my new phone and continued to play this game.

However, since i started playing the game again, I noticed that I am not able to use the spin booster in order to continue with the lives (there is no stop button available) nor I am able to buy gold bars and shop. All other functions are okay and I am able to connect to King. Albeit feeling disappointed for not able to use the full functions, I continue to play the game anyway.

But now, I feel the urge to get help as to why I cannot use those functions especially when I really need it 😆

Like- Operating System , Operating System Version, Device Name.

Example- Operating System - Android

Operating System Version - Android Q 10

Device Name - Realme X50 Pro

This will help us to understand your Problem.

Hi @AbhinavSargar , thank you for your response. I don't really remember the details of the old phone, but I was using Samsung J7 and system is Android.

Currently I using Oppo A9 2020, Android version 9. Hope the info helps.

Samsung J7 means Android Lollipop 5

Oppo A9 2020 Android Pie 9

So, as expected it has got differences. After Android Nougat 7 Everything in Android has changed. So due to this you might be facing problems and about Candy Crush Saga, they have gone many changes as well.

So, First Update Your Candy Crush Saga To Latest Version and Check if Everything works fine. If it doesn't then I'll bring some help along.
