How to unsubscribe from email listings or block Facebook notifications

If you want to unsubscribe from emails send from King then please click on the Unsubscribe link placed in the footer of the email.

If you recently have contacted King Player Support Team you might have gotten an email back with a ticket ID. The ticket number you have received is your receipt number and can be used in case you have further questions or comments.

If you would like to block all the notification on Facebook related to an app you can do it following the procedure in this hyperlink: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=blocking. This procedure will stop all the notification related to each game you will block, but in case you're playing the game, this procedure will also prohibit you from receiving or sending help from or to your friends.

Where do you go if the answer isn't here at King Care and have received no other response for a technical problem. I have been having an issue with the game AlphaBetty Saga. I have found other players having the same problem but no answers have fixed the problem. And without some tech support from King, I cannot play the game anymore. Should I just give up and delete the game?

(1) Are you asking how to "Unsubscribe" from the emails you receive from Facebook?
(2) Do you want to unsubscribe from Facebook Completely -- meaning Delete the account?

Hi @metaphysical you need to unsubscibe from the providor you are getting emails from.
If its the community then you need to go to your profile in the top right corner of this page, click on your name. then on the page that pops up there is a head icon in a little green box with an arrow on the same line as your name, if you hover over it says edit profile. You can turn all notificaions off from there.

If its Facebook, open settings, click on the notifications part and choose the ones you want turned off
