Can’t connect facebook to my King account

when i first started playing the game it was connected to my old facebook account so when i got a new facebook account i made a king account to keep my progress. However, whenever i try to connect my current facebook account it goes straight to level 1 on the app. I’ve tried connecting it from the website but it just says the progress sync has already been done :(

Oh No! Have you lost your current level on any King's Game? 😢
You make sure log out your Facebook Account and quit game first.
Then you log out your new Facebook Account and login to your old Facebook Account.
Finally you reopen game to log in your Facebook Account (Old) that I hope you can back to your current level on any King's Game. 😊

** All of your progress are saved on King.Com (Facebook are linked to King.Com completed) that you cannot lose your progress and you can login easier. 😊 **
So are you still saving your progress and have you seen become more friends are here on any King's Game when you connected with your Facebook and King.Com Account together after you have followed these steps. Please let me know if you want to answer. 😊

Because you have followed these steps of sync your game progress between Facebook and King Account completed. So when you login (with sync Facebook and King.Com), you always save your progress on King.Com.
When you connected your current/another Facebook Account, I feel afraid you will back to level 1 on any King's Game as I have seen you have answered already on your first post.
So why cannot transferred to your level progress on any King's Game?
Because Facebook Account and King.Com Account have different level progress (also shown different Game ID) when you login and haven't tried these steps of sync your game progress between Facebook and King Account.
And if you also click on to King.Com Account from PC, then you log in and open the game, you'll see the following message on the left side:
That means if you have remember your friend's email, you can add your friend's email then you can see your friends are added on any King's game. 😊
** I think King's players will send you more lives too but it's send more lives than Facebook. 😊 **
