Can't reset Candy Crush Password despite many tries and emails -- Please help

Can anyone kindly provide help to what is claimed to be an easily fixed common problem
I used to use a gmail account to log in to Candy Crush Saga on my Android device.A few days ago, I found out that I can no longer view my bonuses on screen because it was moved into the profile area. I tried to log in to my profile but I couldn't -- the password used to be supplied automatically when I started the gam, but was required to log into the KING account. I can't recall the password as it has been so long, though I tried all the possibilities. I attempted to reset the password many times but the process won't work. I have MANY gold bars including some I purchased, and I was up to level 1000+. Please help to restore the gmail password and profile. Thanks! If you provide me with a a human link, I can use an alternate email to help and supply ANY additional information. PLEASE HELP! -- LF

I have seen problems like this solved here by folks from King with the ability to do so. Restoring a password or restoring a profile is said to be easy. I received one irrelevant reply Can't ANYONE from the community help me get the attention of someone who can help me retrieve years or work? After a 1000 levels and all I've gained in awards and gold bars (some purchased) I have no time to start over.
Please, someone, show me the way.
