King games support refuse to return stolen/deleted boosters, also refuse support services

I WAS PROMPTED TO RE-LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT TO SAVE MY DATA. WHEN I DID SO, THE ONLY DATA THAT WAS SAVED WAS MY COINS. ALL MY BOOSTERS SUCH AS : STRIPED CANDY, HARD CANDY, COLORED BALL, RAINBOW BALL AND FISH, WHICH ALL HAD OVER 500X EACH WERE DELETED FROM MY GAME. ALL BOOSTERS IN THE GAME SUCH AS: LOLLIPOPS, STRIPED LOLLIPOPS AND HAND SWITCHES, ALL OF WHICH HAD OVER 40OX EACH BOOSTER WERE ALSO DELETED. I HAD ALSO PRIOR TO BEING PROMPTED TO LOG IN AGAIN, PURCHASED A $99.99 PACKAGE FROM THE 8 TICKETS SPECIAL DEAL. ALL 72 HRS OF FREE LIVES, FREE BOOSTERS WERE ALSO DELETED UPON SAVING MY GAME.

I ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT THE SUPPORT TEAM WHO REFUSED TO ALLOW ME TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR MULTIPLE TIMES. MY PURCHASE OF $99.99 HAS SUPPOSEDLY BEEN REVERSED AND RETURNED TO ME. HOWEVER, NONE OF MY BOOSTERS HAVE BEEN REPLACED AND SUPPORT TEAM REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS.

THIS ACCUMULATION OF ALL BOOSTERS HAS TAKEN ME OVER 3 YEARS AND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. I WANT IT REPLACED IMMEDIATELY. NOTHING IS BEING DONE, NO SUPPORT MEMBERS WILL REPLY TO MY CONTINUED REQUESTS TO REPLACE MY BOOSTERS.

I WANT A PHONE NUMBER TO SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON AS THIS GAME PROMPTED THE RE-LOG IN AND THEN STOLE ALL MY HARD EARNED ITEMS AND TIME. I WANT ALL OF THESE REPLACED.

MY ACQUAINTANCE WHO IS CAUCASIAN HAD THIS SAME SITUATION HAPPEN TO THEM , AND WAS TREATED WITH RESPECT AND WAS ABLE TO HAVE THEIR STOLEN BOOSTERS REPLACED.

AS AN ASIAN, I HAVE BEEN TREATED WITH NOTHING BUT DISRESPECT AND HAVE BEEN DENIED TO HAVE MY BOOSTERS REPLACED, SPEAK TO A MANAGER/SUPERVISOR AND NOW I AM BEING IGNORED BY SUPPORT.

I HAVE ONLY ASKED TO HAVE WHAT WAS STOLEN FROM ME BY THE COMPANY TO BE REPLACED IMMEDIATELY AND DUE TO MY "NON-IMPORTANCE" IN THIS COMMUNITY DUE TO MY RACE, AS IT APPEARS, THE ENTIRE GAME I HAVE WORKED ON FOR 3 YEARS AND LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY HAS BEEN STOLEN AND THE GAMES SUPPORT DOES NOT CARE.

I REQUIRE A SUPERVISOR ASSISTANCE IN REPLACE OF ALL THAT KING GAMES HAS STOLEN FROM ME.

    I HAVE TRIED THE CLEARING THE CACHE, THERE ARE NO UPDATES AVAILABLE. I HAVE BEEN ATTEMPTING TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE IN SUPPORT AND THEY REFUSE TO RECOVER OR GIVE BACK THE BOOSTERS THAT WERE TAKEN FROM ME. I HAVE SUBMITTED MORE REQUESTS TO HAVE THE BOOSTERS RETURNED TO ME AND THE SUPPORT REFUSES TO ANSWER.

    How you must check "Lost boosters on your mobile? Oh no! Let’s see if we can solve it!" by Lola Pop. (Any King's Games) 

    Click this link to read it that I hope you can understand them! 

    ⚠️ So please attention when you have trouble to lose all of your boosters! ⚠️

    1. The boosters also cannot be transferred / saved to any devices on any King's Games when you switch out new or change or upgrade device! 

    2. The boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved. 

    It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. 

    We do not replace items and help you to return your boosters back that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to our Player Support team here, so they can help. 😊

    Don't worry! These features still helping you to earn boosters/gold bars on this game. 😉

    I DID NOT SWITCH DEVICES. THE GAME, AGAIN, PROMPTED ME TO RE-LOGIN TO SAVE PROGRESS. ONCE I DID RE-LOGIN, PER AGAIN, YOUR GAMES DIRECTION TO DO SO, ALL MY BOOSTERS WERE STOLEN FROM ME.

    THIS IS BLATANTLY A TECHNICAL ERROR ON KING GAMES SIDE , NOT MINE.


    IF IM TO UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE SAYING CORRECTLY, IT WOULD BE:


    "OUR GAME WILL REQUIRE YOU TO RE-LOGIN DURING YOUR PLAYING TIME, YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR BOOSTERS, AND WE WILL NOT REPLACE THEM. "


    SEEMS THAT THIS APPEARS TO BE AN INAPPROPRIATE APPROACH MADE BY KING GAMES TO FURTHER SOLICIT MORE MONEY, INTENTIONALLY OUT OF PLAYERS.

    ** Topic is "Problems with my purchase" and subtopic is "Purchase items not received". Finally you asked them these problems and remembered to send your game ID (How to find your Game ID). **

    I HAVE REPORTED THIS SEVERAL TIMES TO SUPPORT UNDER THOSE TOPICS AND SUBTOPICS. NO ONE IS HELPING ME EXCEPT TO REFUND THE PURCHASE THST I MADE AND THEN LOST PRIOR TO FOLLOWING THE GAMES DIRECTION TO RE-LOGIN TO SAVE THE GAME. THEY HAVE NOT ANSWERED ANY OF MY QUESTIONS AND APPEAR TO BE CONTENT IN IGNORING MY REPORTS.


    I ASSUME THAT KING GAMES IS REGISTERED WITH THE BBB?

    I can understand your frustration. Please bear in mind the Player Support team is a busy one, so you may have to wait a bit longer to get your reply.

    Furthermore, we don't offer a Player Support phone service, so the way to communicate with them is via email for everybody.

    However, I'm sure they'll solve the issue and they are not ignoring you.

    We cannot handle these kind of problems in the Community, unfortunately.
